基于某海域艦面停放環(huán)境譜，采用2A12材料制備模擬件，在護(hù)航艦面采取懸掛方式開(kāi)展自然暴露試驗(yàn),同時(shí)在試驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下開(kāi)展了加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)。利用三維體式顯微鏡對(duì)腐蝕形貌進(jìn)行觀測(cè)和測(cè)量。結(jié)果表明，模擬件在當(dāng)量加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)時(shí)間和艦面自然老化時(shí)間匹配時(shí)，腐蝕程度在95%置信度下一致。
Based on an environmental spectrum of certain area, 2A12 was used to prepare for simulation pieces. Part of simulation pieces were hanged on the escort plane while accelerated environment corrosion test were carried out under laboratory. Microscopes were used to detect and measure the corrosion morphology. The results showed that the accelerated corrosion and the natural aging corrosion were consistent at the confidence level of 95% while time matched.
