通過(guò)宏觀檢驗(yàn)、多種無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)硬度測(cè)試和金相覆膜方法,對(duì)累計(jì)運(yùn)行已超過(guò)113 000 h的SA335-P22鋼主蒸汽管道進(jìn)行了檢測(cè),并結(jié)合Larson-Miller公式預(yù)測(cè)法和蠕變損傷級(jí)別分類(lèi)法共同對(duì)該主蒸汽管道進(jìn)行了非破壞性剩余壽命評(píng)估,得出該管道的剩余壽命不超過(guò)105 937 h.該試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為電廠運(yùn)行人員提供參考.
Through macroscopic examination,several kinds of non-destructive testing,on-site hardness testing and metallurgical coating examination,SA335-P22 steel main steam pipe which had accumulatively run for more than 113 000 h was studied.And combined Larson-Miller formula predicting method and creep damage level taxonomy method,remaining life of the main steam pipe was evaluated.The results show that the remaining life of the pipe was not more than 105 937 h,which could provide a reference for the power plant operator.
