2A14鋁合金熱變形的顯微組織及流變行為

℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.001~10
s-1條件下熱壓縮變形的顯微組織特征和流變應(yīng)力行為。采用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)和透射電鏡(TEM)對變形后的顯微組織進行表征。結(jié)果表明：隨著應(yīng)變速率的降低和變形溫度的升高，合金中拉長的晶粒粗化，發(fā)生部分動態(tài)再結(jié)晶，合金的主要軟化機制由動態(tài)回復(fù)向動態(tài)再結(jié)晶轉(zhuǎn)變；合金的流變應(yīng)力隨變形溫度的升高和應(yīng)變速率的降低而減小。合金熱變形的流變應(yīng)力行為可用雙曲正弦形式的本構(gòu)方程來描述，也可用Zener-Hollomon參數(shù)來描述，其變形激活能為173.375
kJ/mol。
The flow stress behavior of 2A14 alloy during hot
compression deformation was investigated by thermal simulation experiment at the
temperature range of 350-480 ℃ and the strain rate range of 0.001-10
s-1 with Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine. The deformation
microstructures were observed by optical microscopy (OM) and transmission
electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the elongated grains coarsen
with decreasing strain rate and increasing temperature. The partial
recrystallization takes place in the alloys deformed at high temperature or low
strain rate. The main soften mechanism of the alloy transforms from dynamic
recovery to dynamic recrystallization. The flow stress reduces with the
increasing deformation temperature and decreasing strain rate. The flow stress
of the alloy during hot compression deformation can be described by constitutive
equation in hyperbolic sine function and can also be described by Zener-Hollomon
parameters, and the hot deformation activation energy is 173.375 kJ/mol.
