7075鋁合金在熱變形過程中主要發(fā)生連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,在溫度為250~450 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.1~1 s-1的條件下,對多組圓柱試樣進(jìn)行熱模擬壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)。采用金相定量法對熱變形后材料的顯微組織晶粒度進(jìn)行測量,建立7075鋁合金熱變形時(shí)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒度演化模型。

7075鋁合金在熱變形過程中主要發(fā)生連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,在溫度為250~450 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.1~1 s-1的條件下,對多組圓柱試樣進(jìn)行熱模擬壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)。采用金相定量法對熱變形后材料的顯微組織晶粒度進(jìn)行測量,建立7075鋁合金熱變形時(shí)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒度演化模型。結(jié)果表明:根據(jù)唯象理論的指數(shù)模型,利用線性回歸方法求得7075鋁合金熱塑性變形組織晶粒度的演化模型;將該模型導(dǎo)入到有限元軟件中能夠預(yù)報(bào)7075鋁合金熱變形過程的連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒度;預(yù)報(bào)結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果非常接近,說明將該演化模型導(dǎo)入有限元軟件中可以較為準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測7075鋁合金熱變形過程動態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒度。
Continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) of 7075 aluminum alloy occurs during hot deformation. The thermal compression experiment about the group of cylindrical specimen was done at the temperature of 250-450 ℃ and the strain rate of 0.1-1 s-1. The microstructure grain size of 7075 aluminum alloy was measured by the metallographic quantitative method, the microstructure grain size evolution model of 7075 aluminum alloy. The result shows that, according to the exponential model of phenomenological theory and the linear regression method, the microstructure grain size evolution model of 7075 aluminum alloy during the thermoplastic deformation can be worked out. And then, by the finite element software with the evolution model continuous dynamic recrystallization grain size of 7075 aluminum alloy during hot deformation was predicted. The forecasting result is very close to the experimental one. Therefore, by finite element software with the evolution model, dynamic recrystallization grain size of 7075 aluminum alloy during the hot deformation process can be accurately predicted.
