C72900 Toughmet? 3, AT 110
Toughmet? 3 AT 110 (C72900) is the ideal choice for tough environments. It displays High Strength, Anti-Galling Properties, Non-Magnetic, Excellent Machinability, Corrosion Resistance, and Good Bearing Properties.
ToughMet? 3 AT is used in bushings and bearings for aircraft, industrial equipment, and heavy equipment. It is also used for oil and gas drilling hardware including rotary steerable housings, kelly valve seats and pressure housings.
ToughMet? 3 in the hot worked and spinodally hardened (AT/TX00) condition exhibits tensile strength up to 140 ksi in a copper nickel tin alloy with excellent machinability.

ToughMet 3 AT meets UNS C72900. Rod is produced to AMS 4596, ABS 5849, MTL 4112, BMS 7-373 (Class 100 and Class 90). Tube is produced to AMS 4598 and ABS 5152. Plate is produced to AMS 4595 (Plate). ToughMet 3 AT is compliant to NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.
