在轉(zhuǎn)速 1600r/min-焊速 200mm/min、轉(zhuǎn)速 800 r/min-焊速 200mm/min、轉(zhuǎn)速 400 r/min-焊速 400mm/min 三組參數(shù)下對 2 mm 厚的退火態(tài) 7B04 鋁合金薄板進(jìn)行攪拌摩擦焊接，研究了焊接參數(shù)對焊縫質(zhì)量及微觀組織的影響，并分析了焊核區(qū)的低溫超塑性變形行為。結(jié)果表明，通過控制焊接參數(shù)，可獲得良好的焊接質(zhì)量，接頭強(qiáng)度系數(shù)達(dá)100%。焊核區(qū)發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶，生成細(xì)小等軸晶，母材晶粒尺寸約為 300 μm，轉(zhuǎn)速為 1600、800 和 400r/min 時對應(yīng)晶粒尺寸分別為 2、1 和 0.6μm。這種細(xì)晶組織有利于焊核區(qū)超塑變形，在300 oC，焊核區(qū)在1×10-3和 3×10-4 s-1應(yīng)變速率下獲得了160%~590%的延伸率，在 350 oC、1×10-3 s-1條件下獲得高達(dá)790%的最大延伸率，在約 400 oC時超塑性變形行為消失。?
Annealed 7B04 Al sheets in thickness of 2 mm were subjected to friction stir welding?(FSW) under three rotation rate-welding speed parameters of 1600 rpm-200 mm/min, 800 rpm-200?mm/min, and 400 rpm-400 mm/min, respectively. The effect of welding parameters on the tensile?property and microstructure of the FSW joints were investigated, with more efforts focusing on the?low-temperature superplasticity of the nugget zones (NZs). The results showed that FSW joints with?high quality could be produced by controlling welding parameters, with a joint strength coefficient of?100% being obtained. Dynamic recrystallization took place in the NZs with fine and equiaxed grains?generated. The grain size of the base material was about 300 μm, while it was significantly decreased?in the NZs with decreasing the rotation rate: about 2 μm, 1 μm and 0.6 μm for the above three?samples, respectively. The fine grain structure of the NZs could facilitate their superplastic?deformation. The NZs exhibited superplastic elongations ranged from 160% to 590% at 300 oC at?strain rates of 1×10-3 s-1 and 3×10-4?s-1. The maximum superplasticity of 790% was obtained at 350 oC?at the strain rate of 1×10-3 s-1. The ability to superplastic deformation disappeared in the NZs at 400?oC.?
