研究β和α+β 2種制度熱處理后Ti-600合金在550~650 ℃和300 MPa時(shí)的高溫蠕變行為。計(jì)算合金在不同應(yīng)力、不同溫度下的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率及蠕變激活能，并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究其蠕變強(qiáng)化機(jī)制。
2種制度熱處理后Ti-600合金的高溫蠕變行為High temperature creep behaviors of Ti-600 alloy by?two thermal treatments研究β和α+β 2種制度熱處理后Ti-600合金在550~650 ℃和300 MPa時(shí)的高溫蠕變行為。計(jì)算合金在不同應(yīng)力、不同溫度下的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率及蠕變激活能，并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究其蠕變強(qiáng)化機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明：當(dāng)蠕變應(yīng)力為300 MPa時(shí)，β處理和α+β處理的Ti-600合金的蠕變激活能Q分別為490.1 kJ/mol和473.5 kJ/mol，表明這2種制度處理的Ti-600合金的蠕變機(jī)制均主要表現(xiàn)為位錯(cuò)攀移機(jī)制；隨著溫度的升高，Ti-600合金在蠕變過程中位錯(cuò)的攀移速度加快，原子和空位移動加劇，因而出現(xiàn)穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率隨著溫度的升高而加快，而穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變的時(shí)間縮短的趨勢。
After α and α+β heat treatments respectively, creep tests were made on Ti-600 alloy at the temperature varying from 550 ℃ to 650 ℃ and the stress of 300 MPa. Steady creep rate and activation energy Q were calculated for the alloy at different temperatures. Creep deformation mechanism was also investigated. The creep activation energies are 490.1 kJ/mol and 473.5 kJ/mol, respectively, for the alloy crept at the stress of 300 MPa after β and α+β thermal treatment, suggesting that dislocation climb is the rate-controlling mechanism at the testing region. As temperature increases, the dislocation climb and the movement rate for atoms and vacancies will increase abruptly for the alloy during the creep process, so the steady creep rate will increase with the increase of temperature, and the steady creep time tends to be shortened.
