研究冷變形程度、冷變形參數(shù)Q值和退火溫度等變形和熱處理參數(shù)與CT20鈦合金管材拉伸性能的關(guān)系，以及CT20鈦合金管材的冷加工變形特點(diǎn)和組織性能的變化規(guī)律。
冷變形及退火參數(shù)對CT20鈦合金管材Effects of parameters of cold deformation and annealing on?microstructure and tensile properties of CT20 alloy tube研究冷變形程度、冷變形參數(shù)Q值和退火溫度等變形和熱處理參數(shù)與CT20鈦合金管材拉伸性能的關(guān)系，以及CT20鈦合金管材的冷加工變形特點(diǎn)和組織性能的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明：CT20鈦合金具有較強(qiáng)的冷變形能力、較寬的退火溫度區(qū)域，可通過增大Q值來提高管材的屈服強(qiáng)度；選擇合適的退火制度，可獲得不同的合金組織形貌；等軸組織具有更加優(yōu)異的室溫拉伸性能。
The relationship between the parameters of deformation degree, Q value, annealing temperature and tensile properties of the CT20 alloy tube the variation regularities of deformation characteristic and microstructure were studied. The results show that the alloy has good cold workability, wider annealing temperature range, and the strength of the alloy tube can be improved by increasing of Q value; the different typical microstructure can be obtained by selecting different annealing temperature; the equiaxed microstructure has good tensile properties at room temperature.
