大型電機(jī)材料0Cr18Ni10Ti不銹鋼的高溫力學(xué)性能High-temperature Mechanical Properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti Stainless Steels Used in Large Electrical Machines通過對(duì)0Cr18Ni10Ti不銹鋼力學(xué)性能的研究, 論證了在爐體外延式高溫引伸支架上加裝外置式常溫引伸計(jì)測(cè)試鋼材高溫下規(guī)定非比例延伸強(qiáng)度Rp0.2方法的可行性, 并對(duì)高溫試驗(yàn)后的0Cr18Ni10Ti不銹鋼試樣進(jìn)行了宏觀檢驗(yàn)。通過對(duì)0Cr18Ni10Ti不銹鋼在不同溫度和保溫時(shí)間下進(jìn)行拉伸試驗(yàn), 探討了受熱溫度和保溫時(shí)間對(duì)其力學(xué)性能的影響。最后通過回歸分析, 得出了規(guī)定非比例延伸強(qiáng)度Rp0.2和抗拉強(qiáng)度Rm隨溫度變化的規(guī)律。
Through the research on strength properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels, the feasibility of the method that the proof non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 of steels at high temperature was measured by the external ambient extensometer equipped on the extension support of the furnace, was demonstrated. The specimens of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels after high-temperature test were inspected by macrographic examination. Through the tensile tests of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels at different temperature holding for different times, the influence of the heating temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties was discussed. Finally the change rules of the proof non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 and tensile strength Rm changing with the temperature were obtained by the regression analysis.
