針對復(fù)雜形狀TA2鈦合金半管件室溫成形困難，進(jìn)行黏性介質(zhì)壓力成形研究，制定零件的成形工藝方案，并采用有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA對其成形過程進(jìn)行分析，得到黏性介質(zhì)壓力分布和黏性附著力對坯料流動規(guī)律、變形均勻性和成形試件壁厚分布及回彈的影響規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行復(fù)雜形狀TA2鈦合金半管件黏性介質(zhì)壓力成形試驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證有限元分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。
復(fù)雜形狀TA2鈦合金半管件黏性介質(zhì)壓力成形Viscous pressure forming of semi-pipe parts of complex shape TA2 titanium alloy?針對復(fù)雜形狀TA2鈦合金半管件室溫成形困難，進(jìn)行黏性介質(zhì)壓力成形研究，制定零件的成形工藝方案，并采用有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA對其成形過程進(jìn)行分析，得到黏性介質(zhì)壓力分布和黏性附著力對坯料流動規(guī)律、變形均勻性和成形試件壁厚分布及回彈的影響規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行復(fù)雜形狀TA2鈦合金半管件黏性介質(zhì)壓力成形試驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證有限元分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明:室溫條件下利用黏性介質(zhì)自身性能特點(diǎn)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜形狀TA2鈦合金半管件的精準(zhǔn)成形。
According to the forming difficulty of complex shape TA2 titanium alloy semi-pipe parts at room temperature, the viscous pressure forming was researched and the part process scheme was formulated correspondingly. The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to analyze the forming process. The influences of the viscous pressure distribution and the viscous adhesive stress on the flowing law and deformation uniformity of the blank, the specimen thickness distribution and the springback are obtained. On this basis, the viscous pressure forming of the complex shape TA2 titanium alloy semi-pipe parts were carried out to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis results. The results show that the accuracy forming of the complex shape TA2 titanium alloy semi-pipe parts can be realized at room temperature by using the performance characteristic of viscous medium.
